Description:

Cisco is hiring a Full Stack AI Developer at its Bangalore campus to design, build, and deploy intelligent enterprise applications for the Sales Planning domain. In this role, you will bridge modern backend architectures and state-of-the-art Generative AI frameworks. The position focuses on crafting Agentic AI systems, workflow automation microservices, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to streamline Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy solutions (e.g., quota management, sales hierarchy structures, and account assignments). You will collaborate with product managers and software architects to take advanced language model integrations from proof-of-concept prototypes to production-ready, secure cloud deployments.

Key Technologies:

Python, FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Redis, Snowflake, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Git, GitHub, JWT, OAuth 2.0

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; OR a Master's degree in a relevant technical stream.
  • Up to 3 years of professional or high-impact project engineering experience for Bachelor's grads (minimum 2+ years for Master's degree holders).
  • Hands-on experience constructing intelligent assistants, multi-agent frameworks, and conversational chatbots leveraging foundation model APIs (such as OpenAI and Claude). Practical knowledge working with LangChain, LangGraph, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
  • Demonstrated capability implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) structures using vector databases, embedding models, semantic search strategies, and multi-source knowledge retrieval layers.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python development utilizing the FastAPI framework to construct scalable, clean, and well-documented REST APIs.
  • Competency handling multi-model database tiers, including relational engines (PostgreSQL, Oracle), analytical cloud data warehouses (Snowflake), and high-speed in-memory data caching layers (Redis).
  • Solid engineering familiarity with containerization via Docker, cluster orchestration setups inside Kubernetes, and automation tracking across CI/CD pipelines backed by Jenkins or GitHub Actions. Masterful tracking of source code repositories using Git and GitHub.
  • Proven ability to implement secure API development paradigms, utilizing JSON Web Tokens (JWT) and OAuth 2.0 authentication configurations to guarantee enterprise-level data protection.
  • Experience leveraging next-gen developer productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI) to optimize coding workflows, write comprehensive unit tests, and perform root-cause debugging.
  • Exposure to building responsive front-end user experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React JS.
